Installation can include removal, floor preparation and trims after a site inspection and written scope.
Installation is quoted after a site inspection, against a written scope. The scope sets out what is included so there are no assumptions on the day.
Depending on the job that can cover removal and disposal of the existing floor, subfloor preparation, levelling, trims and transitions, and reinstating skirting.
Subfloor condition, moisture, height transitions and access all affect the work, which is why the quote follows the inspection rather than preceding it.
