Privacy policy
This policy explains how E & S (WA) Pty Ltd, trading as ProCraft Flooring, handles personal information collected through this website. Last updated 2 August 2026.
Who we are

What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, suburb or postcode, the approximate floor area if you provide it, the service you are interested in, your preferred colour, and any project notes you add.
We also record your IP address when you submit the form. We use it only to limit how many submissions can be sent from one place in a short period, which is how we keep the form usable without a CAPTCHA. It is not used to identify you or to build a profile.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not track you across other sites.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a measure or installation, and keep a record of what was discussed so that a later conversation makes sense. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a database hosted in Sydney, Australia. Access is restricted to ProCraft Flooring staff.
Who we disclose it to
We use third-party services to run this website and to let us know an enquiry has arrived:
- Our email provider sends us a notification containing your enquiry so we can respond quickly. This provider processes the email outside Australia, in the United States. By submitting the form you consent to your enquiry being disclosed overseas for this purpose.
- Our website host serves this site and processes the form submission.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to continue the conversation there. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy policy applies to anything you send through it. Using WhatsApp is optional — you can call or email instead.
We do not disclose your information to anyone else unless you ask us to, or we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a job, records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and business record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@procraftflooring.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify who you are first.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at sales@procraftflooring.com.au so we can try to put it right. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date at the top.
